I'm sorry the poem you wrote and dozen of roses didn't make it to my doorstep,but thanks for sending it electronically afterwards lol :) Now this is my way of saying thank you,for being such a great friend,for being such an angel. You know who you are.

My dreams awake.

Yesterday night I dreamt of a girl.

Her legs dangling freely in the air; her hands gripping tight the edge of the cliff.

There, the sight of the girl clinging on. There,the rhythm of her mournings could be heard.

Even for the slightest shaft of light, even for the teeniest brink of hope, she prays.

I saw her struggle. Her face so weary.

But I threw a hysterical laugh, how pathetic, just how pathetic I thought. And with a cold shrug, I left.

What happened to the naive little girl thereafter, I have no idea.

Yesterday night I had a dream, and the dream was real.

I know I’m late but the love is still in the air so Happy belated Valentine’s Day!

I was hopelessly date-less, love-less and boyfriend-less. Nevertheless, the girls and some new friends managed to pull out a last-min dinner at the Itallian restaurant- La Toscana Ristorante. Good thing they give roses to all female diners. It wasn’t that bad after all, especially the Itallian Strawberry Cheesecake which we indulged in sheer bliss. The night ended with a few damaged liver cells ;)
