New Year Resolution

1. Now that I’m 20, I have to focus more on my health- I can’t help but admit that my immune system is slowing down. I’ve been trying to eat healthy but if I get cancer, the only reason I could think of is that I sleep with my cell phone next to my pillow. OK My plan is to hit the Gym for yoga and pilates for at least thrice a week, gotta sweat all the fats off and this explains why I never posted my photos coz I think you won’t be able to recognize me. DUH its winter. Squirrels get fat, Koala bears get fat, I get fat. I’m categorized under Mammals as well, mind you.

2. Spend less. Earn more. Get a part-time job by February, hopefully one in the hospital.

3. Try not to get involved in any relationship, whatever that has to do with ELLE OU VI EE. Focus on me and myself + studies.

4. Pray often. Read bible. At least try to be holy.

5. Euro tour. Italy. Rome. Paris. Switzerland. O M G.

Well, that's about it I think.

I'm still amazed that I survived 2008, it has been the worst year ever, a dark history of my life. But no matter what, I learned my lessons and I’ve grown up. I’m proud to say I’m a big girl now.

So let us wave sweet 2008 goodbye. Kick off bad habits, practice good ones. Love but don’t get yourself hurt. Tolerate and appreciate and be true to others. Forgive, forget, move on.

Best wishes! =)

The perfect collision

Sometimes people enter your life when you least expected it. Yet sometimes the person you’ve been searching for has always been there; you just never realized his existence.

In rare occasions, two strangers by the street can end up with a date and eventually marriage. Coz it just so happen that there’s a spark; a tiny blinking ignition so beautiful it lead to endless fireworks.

But sometimes collision means massive disaster-like when hydrogen and oxygen meet, a funny reaction occurs resulting in an explosion. Its just wrong. They should stay the way they are ,right in their own position in the atmosphere; nothing beyond that. Why?Chemistry just can not, shall not and will not occur.

Be it a spontaneous or prompted ‘love accident’, it has to occur when the other factors are right as well-precise timing, promising future.

Me?I cling to my belief that true love waits.

Merry belated Christmas!

I’m back from London.

If I said it was a superb trip, I lied.

No don’t get me wrong. London’s so beautiful she took my breath away. Seriously you have to witness it with your own eyes. Seriously serious. Serious loh.

Truth is, I was down with a terrible flu probably because I was dehydrated and London is hot compared to Newcastle-upon-tyne. And we encountered weird things in the cheap hostel we stayed in, which is not surprising coz formerly it was a courthouse back in 1909 with prison cells still remaining.

On Christmas Eve itself, I had to stay on bed with a cold handkerchief on my forehead but I managed to get better; we had late African dinner, just the few of us dining, nothing grand when it struck 12 but I was grateful enough for their company!

We spent Christmas day lazing on our bed coz most of the places are closed, I wished I was in Malaysia I swear. In Malaysia nothing like this ever happened what. If it’s Chinese New Year there’s always malay food or mamak. If it is hari raya we go to Taib’s house for free food or visiting, you think Queen Elizabeth share her turkey here hoh? So yeah, I’m impressed with the culture diversity in Malaysia and I’m proud of it.

26th is the lousiest day. Xue Neng lost his wallet. We missed our bus, booked another ticket for crazy 38 pounds and were stranded in the station for 8 hours.

OK.Enough complaining, at least I'm back here. Safe and sound ;)

I'll try to upload photos next time coz London's still awesome despite all of the above.
